About the Role
This is a private equity / search fund internship focused on sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets to support our roll-up strategy. You'll work directly with senior leadership on the full deal lifecycle — from market mapping and target identification through outreach, diligence, and deal structuring. You'll own real work that directly shapes how we grow. Strong performers have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role in acquisitions, integrations, or executive operating positions within our portfolio.

What You'll Do

Source and evaluate acquisition targets across fragmented markets aligned with our roll-up thesis
Conduct market mapping, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments on potential targets
Build and maintain a proprietary deal pipeline, including outreach to business owners
Develop financial models and investment memos to support go/no-go decisions
Support due diligence processes and integration planning for active deals
Present findings and recommendations directly to the CEO and executive team

Who We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an MBA program
Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, search funds, consulting, or corporate development preferred
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Comfortable with ambiguity, self-directed, and able to move quickly
Genuine interest in entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) and operational investing
Available full-time for an 8–10 week summer internship
