TIS is currently looking for an experienced Project Quality Manager – Onshore (m/f/d) to support onshore energy infrastructure and HVDC projects for our client, a leading company in the French energy sector.

📍 Location: France / Europe | Project-based

Responsibilities

Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
→
Coordinate quality activities across design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases
→
Manage supplier quality assurance activities, audits, NCRs, and corrective actions
→
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and project requirements
→
Support inspections, quality reporting, and project documentation management
→
Interface with EPC contractors, suppliers, project teams, and certification bodies
→
Coordinate quality activities related to substations, transmission systems, and infrastructure projects
→
Support continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities

10–15 years of experience in QA/QC or quality management within energy, infrastructure, HVDC, or transmission projects
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards, and quality management systems
Experience with supplier QA, audits, inspections, and compliance processes
Experience in substations, transmission infrastructure, cable projects, or utility environments
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
French: professional level (mandatory)
English: fluent
