We are looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Interview Scheduler to join our Candidate Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. You will play a key part in providing an exceptional experience for our candidates while supporting our recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination: Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and pre-employment checks. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for candidates, as needed. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process by maintaining communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and professional communication to candidates, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Collect feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Interview Support: Coordinate interview schedules, reserve interview rooms, and arrange necessary resources. Provide candidates with interview details, including logistics, interviewers' information, and interview formats. Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates by addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials, such as job descriptions, job advertisements, and company profiles.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure recruitment processes align with legal and ethical standards. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation, including candidate records, consent forms, and recruitment-related communications.
