Senior Netsuite Developer

As a Senior NetSuite Developer on the BTT Fintech team, you will build and maintain on Toast's ERP platform (NetSuite).   You will be responsible for developing on the NetSuite platform, from internal scripting to extending the platform via APIs and maintaining the same.  You will participate in script development, workflows, configuration changes, testing, troubleshooting, process engineering & creating searches and reports. You’ll also work closely with the Middleware, Billing, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and to maintain and enhance the functionality of various financial systems, helping maximize the organization's benefit.

• →Develop and maintain Netsuite platform that includes scripts, workflows, custom records, reports, saved searches, managing user access and permissions, workflows, forms, supporting system upgrades and guide users on NetSuite best practices
• →Support new enhancements as well as perform hands-on analysis and debugging of system, integration errors and issues, including recommendations of solutions
• →Design, implement, and maintain third-party software connections and integrations to NetSuite to support various business needs
• →Partner with product managers on identifying solutions and fine-tuning product requirements to build for the future
• →Provide robust solutions to current and future problems with performance and scalability at the forefront
• →Monitor end-user usage of systems, track performance, and ensure external integrations comply with governance limits
• →Manage end-user request queue and ensure responses and resolutions are provided in a timely manner
• →Create technical documentation for existing and new customizations, scripts, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date
• →Stay up-to-date with products and modules through research/training and engagements with third parties and system providers
• →Partner with NetSuite users and stakeholders, assisting with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage
• →Support and manage the change management process, including monthly/quarterly certifications for SOX compliance and evidence gathering
• →Participate in code reviews and solution proposals with other NetSuite engineers

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, admin and configuration across NetSuite modules (L2C, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AR, FA, AP), REST, Netsuite WebServices,  and third-party integrations in complex environments
• Expert-level knowledge of scripting, roles, permissions, custom objects, and workflows
• In-depth knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, 2.1 / WebServices, Suiteflow and Suitetalk, OneWorld, SQL, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts.
• Experience with system implementations and working with third-party providers
• Experience and knowledge of supply chain components, such as kits, assemblies, bins, and serial numbers
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite)
• A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
• Experience with SDF and GIT

• Familiarity with Zuora RevPro/Salesforce Billing or any other revenue recognition/billing platforms
• NetSuite certifications
• Change management ticketing systems (JIRA)
