Multi-Skilled Technician

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Salford. As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused building repair and maintenance service across our group-owned properties as required. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repairs efficiently and to a high standard, often completing jobs in a single visit. This includes making good, finishing, and ensuring all work areas are left clean and presentable. Your ability to apply multiple trades and skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth, effective service that meets the needs of our residents and maintains our property standards.
