Responsibilities

Handle documentation related to inventory, shipments, and orders.
Maintain accurate records and data entry in inventory management systems.
Work closely with Operation to ensure smooth operation
Arrange and Update reports in buyer system and other communication channel

Assist in tracking stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team.
Help prepare and process purchase orders and inventory reports.

Serve as a point of contact for warehouse staff and management, facilitating smooth operations.
Respond to inquiries from internal teams and coordinate deliveries.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
