Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up whose mission is to improve the lives of healthcare providers by simplifying supply ordering, providing transparent pricing, and modernizing a previously outdated ordering process. Torch Dental is targeting the $100+ billion office-based healthcare supply industry, starting with dental practices. Our innovative e-commerce software platform streamlines healthcare professionals’ procurement process and secures the best prices for products.
Torch Dental has raised over $50+ million from top VCs including Bessemer Venture Partners, American Express, Health Velocity Partners, Felicis, and FJ Labs. We are a close-knit team that enjoys working together every day to solve real-world problems. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will help ensure that marketing efforts are focused, prioritized, and aligned to driving meaningful pipeline outcomes.
This role sits across the full funnel and plays a key role in shaping how Torch builds and scales its demand engine. You will help determine what we should run, who we should target, and how channels work together to drive pipeline.
You’ll take a data-driven approach to growth — using audience segmentation, performance insights, and experimentation to continuously improve how we acquire, engage, and convert our ideal customers.
This role is not about running isolated campaigns. It’s about ensuring every campaign is intentional, targeted to the right audience, and contributes to overall funnel performance.
You’ll work closely with leadership to understand the full marketing ecosystem, including:

Align campaign planning to pipeline and SQL targets, ensuring efforts are tied to measurable outcomes
-

-
Coordinate campaign execution from planning through launch, ensuring alignment across teams

Make tradeoff decisions on where to invest vs. what not to run based on performance and capacity
-
Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies based on ICP and behavior
