Toters Internship Program - Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator Intern to join our team! If you’re constantly on Instagram and TikTok, always up to date with the latest trends, viral content, creators, and memes and quick at turning trends into engaging content ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating daily short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
• Support filming content both in-office and on-location (food, beauty, campaigns, etc.)
• Edit raw footage into engaging, trend-driven videos
• Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, creators, and formats, and adapt them into relevant content ideas
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch creative concepts for social media content
• Support the planning and execution of content shoots and campaign activations
• Work closely with the Marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life visually
• Write captions and adapt tone of voice for both Arabic and English content
• Organize and manage content assets (videos, photos, references, ideas)
• Support day-to-day social media needs and quick content turnarounds

Requirements:

• Passion for content creation, social media, and digital trends
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Gen Z content styles
• Highly active on Instagram and TikTok, with strong awareness of viral trends and online culture
• Comfortable filming and creating engaging short-form content
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Edits, or similar tools)
• Creative eye for storytelling, hooks, transitions, and social-first content
• Ability to brainstorm fun and engaging ideas quickly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Available to work both in and out of the office during shoots/content days
• Good Arabic and English writing/caption skills
• Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
