Human Resources Business Partner

TouchBistro is looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to our People team. • →Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching across performance, engagement, employee relations, and team effectiveness
• →Bring both strategy and execution, from org design and talent planning to hands-on problem solving
• →Use people data and insights to guide decisions and influence outcomes
• →Simplify and optimize HR processes through automation and continuous improvement
• →Coach managers to become stronger, more confident people leaders
• →Support and advise on employee relations matters with sound judgment and care
• →Partner cross-functionally with all teams across the business to deliver a seamless employee experience
• →Contribute to building and evolving policies, programs, and frameworks.
• →Stay current on employment legislation and best practices

• 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP role
• Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels
• Able to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Strong judgment in navigating employee relations and complex people situations
• Confidence using data and metrics to tell a story and drive decisions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust quickly
• High emotional intelligence and a strong employee-first mindset
• Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
• CHRP/CHRL (or similar) is an asset
