About the Role:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting, for the entities under the TPF brand. You will be reporting to the CFO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows, mitigate risks, and drive operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for corporate finance activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Responsible for month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Preparation/Review of financial statements.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial regulations.
  • Managing Accounts payable including processing invoices and payment runs. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
  • Assist in tax filings and other statutory requirements.
  • Other Finance related tasks. 


What We are Looking For:

  • Fully qualified Accountant with ACCA, University of Malta degree, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Previous experience in a similar position for at least 4 years within the Financial Services, specifically in card acquiring, is a requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating good command of the English language.
  • Excellent numerical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office programs, mainly Excel.
  • Be highly organized, able to work on own initiative, and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be a team player, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conversant with IT systems.
