We are looking for a Systems Analyst to support and enhance its in-house Position Logistic Management System (Polomas). The role involves application support, database management, ETL development, troubleshooting, and process automation while working closely with sourcing, trading, and risk management teams.
  • Support, maintain, and enhance the Polomas application
  • Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, SSIS packages, VBA applications, and automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and data integration issues
  • Perform incident management and root cause analysis
  • Support data quality, system integrations, and ETL processes
  • Gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Drive automation, performance improvements, and process optimization
  •  
  • Strong expertise in T-SQL, SSIS, and VBA
  • Experience in application support and production issue resolution
  • Good understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and system integrations
  • Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is preferred
  • C# experience is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in T-SQL, SSIS, VBA
  • Optionally good to have: experience in C#
  • This will be a technical role, but will require someone who is comfortable speaking business language and can understand business processes
  • Has worked in a support environment and remotely
