Transcend is looking for a talented and driven Content Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a B2B content professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and pipeline. 

You'll own LinkedIn content, support BDR outbound efforts with sharp, conversion-focused copy, and produce content across the full funnel. This role sits within the Inbound Marketing team and plays a critical part in how Transcend shows up in market, engages buyers, and moves deals forward.

As a Content Marketing Associate at Transcend, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality, strategically aligned content that builds brand authority, supports demand generation, and directly enables our sales team. You'll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Transcend's voice is consistent, compelling, and converting. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of LinkedIn strategy as you establish yourself in the role.

This is a remote, Exempt, Full-Time position based in the United States. The successful candidate must have valid work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available.This role reports directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to Transcend's LinkedIn content calendar, producing posts that drive engagement and brand awareness—with a focus on expanding our audience and reach.
  • Write and optimize BDR outbound sequences that are personalized, on-brand, and designed to generate pipeline.
  • Produce a range of content formats including blog posts, case studies, sales decks, event content, and email nurture campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, editing, and scaling across channels without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
  • Manage and maintain content workflows in HubSpot, ensuring content is properly tracked, deployed, and reported on.
  • Collaborate across the team (product, events, partner, etc.) to ensure content is aligned to campaign goals, ICP messaging, and the buyer journey.
  • Apply SEO/GEO best practices to written content to improve organic discoverability and contribute to Transcend's broader search presence.

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or a related role
  • Proven ability to write compelling copy across multiple formats including email sequences, social content, long-form content, and sales enablement materials
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and consistency
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate content production and editing at scale while maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and how content supports each stage of the funnel
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Experience ghostwriting for executives or sales teams on LinkedIn or in outbound sequences
  • Working knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices and how they apply to B2B content strategy

The compensation pay range represents our reasonable expectation for this role. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, skillset, and geographic location.
This specific range applies to Tier 1 labor markets like the SF Bay Area and New York City; it may be adjusted based on the labor market in other geographic areas and the individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
