  • Design and deliver thoughtful, user-centered end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile, from concept to launch
  • Translate product requirements into clear, elegant UX/UI solutions that solve real user problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing—to shape strategy and define user needs
  • Use research, experimentation, and data to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. Communicate ideas and test hypotheses
  • Contribute to our design system by building reusable components and ensuring visual and functional consistency
  • Participate in design critiques and help foster a culture of feedback, learning, and shared ownership
  • Stay close to our users—understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors—and advocate for them in every design conversation

You’ll report to our Director of Product Design.

  • 2–4 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in cross-functional product teams
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and/or mobile
  • Solid interaction and visual design skills, with attention to detail and consistency
  • Fluency with modern design tools (like Figma) and familiarity with design systems
  • Comfort working through the full design process—from research and ideation to execution and iteration
  • AI design fluency (at least basic knowledge)
  • Ability to build and organise design artefacts (flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, specifications, related documentation);
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to deeply understand user needs
  • A mindset of continuous learning, feedback, and improvement
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or other complex, data-heavy products
  • Comfort working across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration
  • Confidence in running usability tests, user interviews, or co-creation workshops
  • Hands-on experience contributing to or shaping a design system
  • Comfort making sense of ambiguity and bringing clarity to messy problem spaces
