Junior Payroll Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team on outsource payroll. The candidate will support day-to-day business operations, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and assist in achieving departmental goals.

  Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.

  Maintain and update reports, records, and documentation.

  Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for smooth workflow.

  Handle data entry and basic MIS reporting.

  Respond to emails and support communication activities.

  Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

  Support managers in assigned tasks and projects.

• →

  Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Any Graduate holder.

• Freshers are eligible to apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good analytical and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
