About the Role:
We are seeking Patient Safety Specialists to join our team, working closely with our global pharmacovigilance teams across clinical trials and post-marketed projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the execution of safety processes with increasing autonomy and expertise. Depending on project needs, responsibilities may include case processing management, regulatory submissions or support, literature surveillance, affiliate coordination, and safety intelligence. This role ensures compliance with international and local regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally and actively support continuous improvement in safety deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process safety cases for clinical and post-marketed products
Support regulatory submissions and communications
Conduct literature surveillance for safety information
Coordinate with affiliates on pharmacovigilance activities
Contribute to safety intelligence gathering and reporting
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures
Foster collaboration across global and local teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety operations
What We Are Looking For:
Education:
Degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or other health-related field (or equivalent qualification/work experience)
Skills & Qualifications:
Effective communication skills
Japanese language proficiency (minimum N3 certification level required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Eagerness to learn and develop process improvement skills
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments (preferred)
