Project Coordinator - Semantix

This is your opportunity to play a key role in managing end-to-end translation projects for a wide range of clients — from global enterprises to specialized industries.

As a Project Coordinator or Project Manager at Semantix, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of translation and localization projects. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of multilingual content.

• Manage translation projects from start to finish — including setup, vendor coordination, quality control, delivery, and invoicing.

• Monitor deadlines and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes

• Maintain up-to-date client instructions, reference materials, and translation assets (TMs, termbases)

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Success, and Technology teams.

• Flag potential risks, opportunities, or resource gaps proactively.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and external vendors.

• Provide clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Team player who’s proactive, curious, and results-driven.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the language or localization industry.

• Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and common project tools.
