In this position, you will communicate with clients to gather necessary information, coordinate scheduling requests, and provide timely updates regarding appointments or reservations. You will also review details carefully, monitor scheduling timelines, and maintain organized records using internal systems and digital tools. Your ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests will help ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients.
The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining clear and professional communication. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
