We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Remote Client Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their experience, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high-quality support at every stage. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and being a dependable point of contact for client needs.
In this role, you will focus on delivering responsive support, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
