We are a remote-based consulting team specializing in vacation, cruise, and group itinerary planning. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-touch service while helping clients create seamless and memorable experiences.
We are currently expanding and seeking motivated individuals who want a flexible, independent opportunity assisting clients with planning and coordinating their trips worldwide.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals
Research destinations, suppliers, and current promotions
Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences
Coordinate reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
