About The Role

In this role, you will act as the bridge between operational insights and support excellence, creating impactful learning experiences, building robust quality frameworks, and cultivating high standards across support teams. You will play a key role in how we elevate operations and empower seller-facing teams by leveraging data-driven quality insights, modern learning tools, and continuous upskilling programs.

Develop and operate robust quality check frameworks, scorecards, and calibration routines to ensure consistent and accurate evaluation of operations

Drive continuous quality improvements by translating quality control insights into targeted coaching, process fixes, and trainings

Conduct training gap analyses and define prioritized training needs for Trendyol support operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn new processes and identify critical training needs

Design and develop training content across formats using learning best practices

Manage end-to-end seller training development projects: scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, delivery and post-launch evaluation

Maintain and evolve certification paths, onboarding curricula, and ongoing upskill programs for agents and seller-facing teams

Keep learning materials current by incorporating industry best practices and new tooling (AI/RPA/assistants) into training

University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management

Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital experience, project management, or process development; product management experience is a plus

Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments

Passionate with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Experience of delivering training in English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English

Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify sellers' training needs

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects and deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality

Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability, self-managed, able to process abstract concepts and convert to training

Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker
