We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of TreviPay’s User Portals. This role blends building new, innovative products from the ground up with enhancing and scaling existing capabilities. You’ll partner cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences, while driving data-informed decisions across the product lifecycle. This is a highly visible role for a product leader who can balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility to bring meaningful solutions to market.

Responsibilities

•   Execute the vision and strategy for the company’s User Portals and associated products.

•   Perform competitive and marketplace analysis.

•   Collaborate with risk, legal, compliance, sales, engineering, and customer support to build a rational, outcome-focused product roadmap.

•   Lead with a “problem to solve” approach in defining the product and feature pipeline.

•   Design product features through analysis, definition, and prioritization based on ROI and customer value. Prototype to test design ideas faster.

•   Lead customer interviews with empathy to define the usability of designs and actively collaborate with the product design team to define the end-user experience (UX).

•  Lead the Agile product development cycles and positively influence product delivery outcomes by:

    o       Establishing feature and story acceptance criteria.

    o       Defining metrics to evaluate the success of product features.

    o        Defining and delivering quarterly OKRs.

    o        Demonstrating strong communication skills: effectively engaging the scrum team in the product discovery process and elucidating the bigger picture to justify design choices. Identify opportunities for innovation and bring them to life.

Requirements

•   A strong Product Management track record with a portfolio of intuitive and profitable applications that you have previously led

•   Bachelor’s degree in business, design, or engineering or other relevant work experience. Master’s degree preferred.

•   Experience with wireframe and prototyping tools, backlog management tools, storyboards, and value stream diagramming.

•   Have an innate ability to empathize with end users and create software that users love.

•   Ability to break down complex problems into actionable product plans that drive product development.

•   Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

•   A lifelong learner of product management trends and best practices (Design Thinking, PDMA, Pragmatic Marketing).

•   7+ years of success in product management.

•   Possess an entrepreneurial spirit focused on business outcomes and market success.

•   Experienced in agile delivery of “Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions” and/or “Platform as a Service solution”.

•   Financial services/payments domain/OEM/Manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
