Experienced Equity Trader

Trillium is looking for an Experienced Equity Trader looking to scale their trading. As a proprietary trader, you will leverage Trillium's cutting-edge technology, deep market knowledge, and collaborative culture to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities in US Equity and Options, Canadian, and OTC markets. This role is ideal for a skilled trader with a strong track record of profitability and risk management already in place. 

• →Actively trade US, Canada, and OTC equities, as well as US options, identifying profitable opportunities in real time
• →Manage risk effectively by monitoring market conditions, adjusting strategies, and maintaining compliance with firm-wide policies
• →Maintain detailed records of trades, market conditions, and strategy performance for review and optimization
• →Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing market insights and trade strategies with other traders
• →Mentor and support less-experienced traders, fostering skill development and knowledge-sharing within the team
• →Follow macroeconomic events, news flow, and other research methods to inform trading
• →Participate in educational seminars and group meetings hosted by senior traders to discuss and review trades and strategies

• Must be competitive, adaptable, and persevering
