CPH is seeking a talented and reliable Construction Inspector to join our dynamic team supporting constructability and survey reviews! This is a GREAT opportunity for a skilled construction professional seeking a long-term AEC opportunity working with our large format clients! 

This role will provide the selected candidate with location flexibility to choose their home office in Sanford, FL. This is a great position utilizing a strong background in construction inspection, with work hours that will vary. The ideal candidate will be flexible with availability to align with the ideal schedule, meeting the project schedule. 

The Construction Inspector is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed according to the project’s plans, specifications, and relevant codes and regulations.  This role focuses on conducting inspections of work performed on site relating to water/wastewater facilities and pump stations, pipeline projects, identifying and documenting any discrepancies, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards, and complying with all local, state, and federal regulations.
