We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Environmental Compliance Practice Leader to drive the expansion and long-term growth of our environmental compliance services across industrial, commercial, and municipal markets throughout Massachusetts. This is a senior, visible leadership role for a proven seller-doer who thrives on building business, expanding market presence, and scaling high-performing teams.

In this role, you will capitalize on existing Fuss & O’Neill client relationships—while actively leveraging your own professional network—to introduce new service offerings, deepen key accounts, and position the firm as a leading environmental compliance partner in the region. You will have a direct hand in shaping strategy, growing revenue, and building a sustainable compliance practice with long-term career upside.
