Key Exciting Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the entire application lifecycle, driving the design, development, and implementation of high-impact features.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the full software stack.
* Create clear technical specifications to build robust, scalable architectures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant solutions.
* Foster a highly collaborative team culture that embraces diverse perspectives and drives mutual success.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Solid experience in full-stack software development with strong proficiency in C#, .NET (WPF), and modern web frameworks like Angular.
* Proven experience building and deploying solutions within cloud environments, specifically Azure.
* Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English.
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Strong team spirit with a collaborative mindset and an eagerness to solve complex problems.
* AI skills
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with geospatial data and ESRI products such as ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcSDE.
* Familiarity with Oracle databases.
* Practical knowledge of DevOps processes and tools like the Atlassian suite.
* Domain knowledge or a general interest in the forestry or natural resources sector.
