The Senior Associate, Investment Advisory will oversee a diversified portfolio of complex commercial real estate debt transactions, including whole loans, syndicated loans, and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) across stabilized, construction, and transitional loans. This role requires strong expertise in real estate investment fundamentals, independent review of loan agreements and third-party reports (appraisals, engineering, environmental, and zoning), and sound judgment on complex transactions across multiple U.S. markets.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of related commercial real estate experience.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and quantitative skills.
• Expertise in market research, financial statement analysis, and loan management.
• Robust analytical skills are necessary.
