A Brief Overview The Executive Director, ASO Service and Operations, is responsible for leading our Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO) business operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences to TriNet's ASO customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in cross-functional collaboration across service, customer retention, and technology teams. What you will do * Drive ASO performance to deliver against the leading and operational metrics aligned to TriNet’s strategy. * Drive operational efficiency by incorporating the capabilities of TriNet’s Global Capabilities Center (GCC) in India. * Accountable for ASO client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. * Influence platform enhancements based on client feedback and market trends. * Foster cooperation, communication, and commitment among team members and across boundaries to ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators. * Provides strategic direction and leadership for the development and execution of the client transition experience to include onboarding and offboarding. * Direct and perform all management responsibilities leading a team of managers, consultants, and specialists to support customer inquiries efficiently and effectively via phone, email, and chat. * Partners with the business areas to develop strategies to support the business and specific objectives for function; develops and manages budget, resourcing, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure. * Supports roll out of new solutions to ASO clients, helping build new capabilities and assisting in the transition. * Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, payroll tax, and talent management to ensure internal processes and practices maintain compliance and best practices standards. * Hire, attract, retain, and develop talent while providing exceptional leadership in alignment with TriNet’s Core Values. * Performs other duties as assigned * Complies with all policies and standards Education Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required * Master's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred Experience Qualifications * Typically 10+ years related business experience leading teams preferred Skills and Abilities * Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business transformation. (Advanced proficiency) * Foundational understanding of Human Resources compliance and employment law, in addition to Payroll Tax jurisdictions and filings. (Intermediate proficiency) * Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills. (Advanced proficiency) * Strong financial acumen and experience. (Intermediate proficiency) * Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually evolving business and work environment while balancing multiple priorities. (Intermediate proficiency) * Proven ability to influence, communicate, and present thoughts clearly and concisely to senior level executives. (Advanced proficiency) * Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills reflecting a desire and ability to connect with employees at all levels in authentic and meaningful ways. The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $165,300.00 to $330,625.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
