Bókun is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Community & Customer Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing a vibrant community around the Bókun brand, both online and offline, to drive customer success, engagement and referrals.
Responsibilities

- →Deep understanding of how community engagement impacts customer satisfaction and business goals.
- →Experience with social media marketing strategies and best practices.
- →A minimum of 2 years of experience in community/customer marketing or a related field.
- →Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- →Can effectively prioritize tasks and adjust strategies based on community feedback and needs.
- →Proactively identifies challenges, improves processes, and challenges the status quo.
- →Has a keen interest in travel and technology.
- →A passion for travel and technology.
