- The OTP Client Portal — a Next.js mono-repo frontend that serves as the single client-facing application for dashboards, inventory views, configuration management, and content authoring
- Content management tooling — a self-service CMS within the portal enabling clients to author, edit, and publish communication templates, including GenAI-assisted writing via AWS Bedrock
Unlimited PTOMedical benefit contributions in congruence with local laws and type of employment agreement
Design and build reliable, scalable frontend and backend systems that serve both internal operations teams and external clients
Drive the technical roadmap for the Client Portal domain — making architectural decisions that support a multi-year platform consolidation
Own services end-to-end: design, implementation, deployment, and on-call support
Build and maintain platform-level infrastructure (Entity Configuration) that other domain teams across TrueML depend on
Collaborate closely with other domain teams on cross-domain integration via event-driven patterns and integration with legacy systems
Contribute to frontend architecture decisions as the portal grows in scope and complexity
Mentor engineers and contribute to TrueML's engineering culture
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a senior or tech lead capacity
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js — the Client Portal is a Next.js mono-repo and the team's primary frontend technology
Experience with Go — our backend services run Go on AWS Lambda
Experience with AWS — specifically Lambda, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, EventBridge, SNS/SQS, and ECR
Familiarity with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling (we use Terraform with Atlantis for automated IaC workflows)
Strong grasp of API design, including OpenAPI/REST contracts and code generation
Experience with event-driven architectures and async messaging patterns
Comfort working across the full stack — you can move fluidly between frontend UI work and backend service development
Experience operating services with high reliability requirements — you understand SLOs, runbooks, and incident response
Experience building multi-tenant SaaS portals or client-facing configuration tools
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful) and content pipeline architecture
Experience with platform migrations — consolidating legacy systems into a unified product while maintaining backward compatibility
Background in hierarchical configuration systems or feature flag / settings management at scale
Experience with GenAI integration (AWS Bedrock, LLM proxying, prompt engineering in product features)
Experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation and observability tooling (we use OTel with Observe)
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics dashboarding in client-facing products
