- Assist with the management of KnowBe4 instance
- Coordinate campaigns and both corrective and annual training curriculum. Work with GM of Technology and HR staff to manage content in Learning Management System
- Assist with management of DarkTrace tenancy in conjunction with GM of Technology and Systems Administrator
- Assist in the creation of documentation for IT
- Help maintain company SharePoint intranet
- Assist with shipping and tracking IT assets
- Support the GM of Technology in project planning and execution
- Assist with the fulfillment of material and equipment orders from both requests and Corrigo work orders
- Assist with contract / renewal management for IT vendors
- Assist in creation of annual budget and cost tracking
- Maintain accuracy of Active Directory phone numbers, addresses and reporting structures.
- Partner with the GM of Technology to handle invoicing from vendors
- Research / screen new vendors, products and services as needed
- Assist in field tasks in conjunction with IT and Senior Field Techs as needed
- Train in field technology to assist IT and Senior Field Techs. This would include:
- Back Office
- PC Printers
- Scanners
- PDI Handhelds
- In store monitors
- EBY iPads and
- True North training iPads
- KVMS ISP issues
- PDI Support
- PDI
- Test Store support
Requirements

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field (preferred)
- Technical training in point-of-sale systems or Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements

- Ability to drive to store or office locations as required
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment up to 25 pounds (e.g., computers, monitors, networking gear)
- Ability to bend, reach, and work in confined spaces such as under desks or in server rooms
- Ability to climb and work on ladders
- Work is performed in a combination of office, retail store, and technical environments
- Noise levels range from typical office background noise to moderate retail activity and equipment related to ambient noise
- May include occasional work in server rooms, back-of-house areas, or data centers
- Up to 30% travel, mostly local, with occasional overnight travel as needed for special projects.
