As the Demand Planner at trü frü, you will support demand planning across key customers and product categories, contributing to production decisions and helping ensure inventory is available to meet our customers’ needs. You will sit at the intersection of data, cross-functional collaboration, and operational execution to help trü frü deliver on its service level commitments in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical methods, historical data, consumption data, and market trends.
- →Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy metrics, implementing corrective actions to continuously improve forecasting processes and outcomes.
- →Provide forecast intelligence to supply planning to help drive trü frü’s ability to deliver targeted service level performance.
- →Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and align demand plans with business objectives.
- →Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- →Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for demand improvement.
- →Prepare and present demand forecasts and inventory reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- →Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- →Contribute to cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization, new product launches, and promotional activities.

- Adaptable and comfortable operating without rigid process in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

- Detail-oriented and analytically driven, with a bias for turning data into action.
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Demand Planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience working within an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a professional setting.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Knowledge of Tier 1 ERP systems such as JDE or SAP, and planning systems such as Logility or Blue Yonder.
- Experience with statistical forecasting across large and diverse SKU mixes.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and demand visualization.
- APICS Certification.
