We are in need of a marketing analyst responsible for maximizing customer value across Jeeves’ entire user base and be the focal point for marketing in Brazil. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, driving tangible results by increasing the adoption and usage of Jeeves’ financial products. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of a global marketing team. It involves an 80% Global focus on strategic growth initiatives and a 20% Local focus on optimizing and executing tailored programs for the local market.

Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid

Analyze: Pareto of customers, industries, products and regions.

Design and execute: Activation, upsell, cross-sell and re-engagement campaigns.

Partner with: Product, CS and Data to identify expansion opportunities.

Build: Lifecycle marketing programs, usage nudges and behavioral triggers.

Drive: Increased usage of cards, stablecoin and payment products.

Optimize: Spend volume, ARPU and product adoption by cohort.

Coordinate: Local customer activations, workshops and events locally.

Develop deep understanding of: Local customer behavior and opportunities.

Support:Country-specific campaigns and materials.
