TTEC Digital seeks a Public Sector Marketing Manager to join our marketing organization.
This is a hybrid work arrangement in which you will work on-site up to 1-2 days per week.
Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, the Public Sector Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to our growing presence in the public sector. Focused on leveraging our technology, consulting, and Customer Experience Transformation solutions for the public sector, this role requires an experienced B2B marketing professional with a track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies, plans, and campaigns.
- Strategic Vision: Contribute to the development of a scalable marketing foundation to support the expansion of our presence in the public sector.
- Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to co-create business and marketing plans tailored to our engagements within the public sector, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and industry standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of public sector partnerships, campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Public Sector practice senior leadership, sales, partner marketing, and the broader marketing team, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives aligned with overall go-to-market strategies.
- Collateral Development: Drive the creation of sales enablement materials, marketing collateral, event strategies, and digital campaigns to support objectives within the public sector practice.
- Campaign Amplification: Leverage global marketing campaigns to amplify our presence within the public sector directly to market and through strategic partnerships.
- Industry Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in the realm of Customer Experience within the public sector, staying informed about industry trends, innovations, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a focus on the technology industry and experience within the US public sector (this US public-sector experience is a must-have)
- Expertise in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing abilities and proficiency in PowerPoint. Reading, writing, and speaking fluency in the English language is a MUST-HAVE
- Proven success in supporting pipeline development and optimizing returns on marketing investments.
- Experience in leading annual planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
