We currently have an exciting opportunity with TTEC Digital for a Senior Consultant – ServiceNow role based in Hyderabad (Hybrid). The role involves working closely with our technical and client-facing teams to design, develop, integrate, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

We are specifically looking for professionals with experience in:

ServiceNow platform development and implementation
ServiceNow architecture and data model
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting
REST and SOAP API integrations
ServiceNow workflows and automation
ITIL processes and best practices

ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
CCaaS / Contact Center technologies
CTI and IVR integrations
Telephony and third-party system integrations
Customer experience-focused ServiceNow solutions

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Employee Center
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Cloud platforms and technologies
Technical troubleshooting and production support
Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
Technical mentoring and guidance to junior team members

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Required
Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
