Digital Transformation Project Manager

• You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way
• You thrive on communicating and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives 
• You’re meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, and look ahead to risks and mitigate then
• You understand the business impact of operational improvements
• You’re ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company 

• 5+ years work experience in project / program management, manufacturing / production operations, management consulting, customer success operations or equivalent
• Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
• Experience working with manufacturing operations
• Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources
• Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations 

• Lean/ Six Sigma
• Agile and/ or scrum methodologies
• PMP
• Life sciences manufacturing experience

• →Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
• →Collaborate with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements
• →Lead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work
• →Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations
• →Understand technical project details enough to manage and escalate when needed
• →Scope and quote projects for customers
• →Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement
• →25% expected travel

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $110,000-130,000.
