Our Loxton winery is located in the heart of the Riverland and offers a practical, hands-on environment where safety, quality, customer service and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.   About the role Reporting to the Senior Winemaker, the Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient movement of wine through dispatch and receival processes. You will coordinate logistics administration, support export requirements, maintain accurate documentation and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently and to required quality and compliance standards.   What you’ll be doing Coordinating logistics and administration activities for wine dispatch and receivals; Preparing and managing export and dispatch documentation, including shipping applications, bills of lading, forwarding instructions, Certificates of Origin and related records; Maintaining dispatch status reports, export calendars, wine dispatch folders and approval records to support accurate planning and follow-up; Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, statutory bodies, supply chain contacts and internal production teams; Supporting TWG Loxton contract customers, including administration for contract storage, processing and invoicing; Assisting with supplier investigations, tenders, long-term supply contracts and budget tracking as required; Maintaining dispatch processes in accordance with HACCP and ISO9001 requirements; and Contributing to TWG’s WHS, quality and environmental systems.   About you We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-focused person who takes pride in delivering accurate and timely logistics support. You will be comfortable balancing competing priorities, communicating clearly with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and following through to ensure agreed timelines and requirements are met. A strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance; A reliable, self-motivated and organised approach to work; The ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise work effectively in a busy operational environment; A practical, resourceful and solutions-focused mindset; Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and timely follow-up; A collaborative communication style, with the ability to work effectively with production, cellar, winemaking, supply chain and external logistics partners; and Confidence working independently with minimal direct supervision.   What you’ll bring Experience in export logistics will be highly regarded, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
