As a Metabolic Health Advisor, you will engage with prospective members who have expressed interest in Twin Health through our digital marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, referrals, and other lead generation initiatives.

Comprehensive product and communication training will be provided before you begin interacting with members.

• →Contact prospective members who have shown interest in Twin Health.
• →Understand members' health goals and motivations through consultative conversations.
• →Explain Twin Health's AI Digital Twin–powered precision treatment in a simple and engaging manner.
• →Educate prospective members on metabolic health and the benefits of personalized care.
• →Build trust and confidence through empathetic communication.
• →Schedule consultations and support members throughout the enrollment process.
• →Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• →Follow up with prospective members and address their questions professionally.
• →Achieve monthly enrollment and performance goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (2025 & 2026 graduates preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in one or more regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
