We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to assist with antibody characterization assays and/or purification workflows within in vivo antibody discovery campaigns and high-throughput antibody production, characterization, and developability projects. This role requires a team-oriented approach, clear and frequent communication, and an ability to function independently.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform ELISA titer test, primary screening, and secondary screening assays for hybridoma workflows
- →Perform Baculovirus Particle ELISA assay
- →Perform NanoDSF assay
- →Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- →Perform SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis
- →Perform Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR; Carterra platform) assays
- →Prepare buffers for use in ELISA, SPR, Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC), HPLC, etc.
- →Perform aliquoting for protein productions
- →Perform daily cleaning maintenance on laboratory equipment
- →Assist in inventory management for project materials
- →Complete daily assigned tasks to maintain a clean and organized lab environment
- →Complete project documentation in accordance with assays performed
- →Follow all applicable SOPs, protocols, and procedures
- →Cross-functional training into other departments, as appropriate
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field is desirable 1 of 2
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Google Drive, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment

The base cash compensation for this Massachusetts-based role is below. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for bonus, equity, and a generous benefits package. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate skill, experience, expertise, and location and may vary from the amount listed above.
