Anticipated Time Commitments:
- Preparing for ministry:1–2 hours per week

- Manage attendance tracking systems
- Maintain accurate participation records
- Assist in reporting consistency metrics
- Track attendance at events and gatherings
- Maintain accurate engagement records
- Share reports with Engagement Coordinator
