One academic year minimum

1. Preparing for ministry: 3–5 hours per week during event weeks
2. Participating in meetings/training: Three hours a month or as requested.

• →Refer students to appropriate resources when needed
• →Follow up with first-time attendees within 48 hours
• →Maintain contact logs
• →Identify care needs and escalate when necessary
• →Assist with prayer requests and care touchpoints
• →Help track follow-up completion
• →Refer students to appropriate resources when needed
