AI Mgr. Software Engineering

Experience in AI, modeling and LLM domain with hand on experience with tools like looker, cognos and other analytics tools Provide technical leadership and direction for major projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. You are hands-on with code and can jump in to help the team. You maintain high technical bar, closely involved in design and architecture decisions, code reviews, helping your engineers to optimize their code, maintaining high standards of code quality. Ensure that high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability are maintained when architecting, designing, and developing complex software systems and applications. Ensure accountability for the team's technical decisions and enforce engineering best practices (e.g., documentation, automation, code management, security principles, leverage CoPilot). 8 years of experience with software development with couple of years in AI and ML 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. 5 years of experience building and developing infrastructure or distributed systems. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical decisions. Strong understanding of engineering best practices and service-oriented architecture. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive change. Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Proven track record of managing high-impact projects and delivering results.
