Sr. UI & UX Designer

End-to-End UX Design o Deliver elegant user flows, mockups, and prototypes that align with product goals and brand guidelines. o Design for consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web and mobile interfaces. o Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure alignment from concept to implementation. o Incorporate feedback from research, stakeholders, and design leads to iterate on solutions. Design Systems Contribution o Use and contribute to UKG's design systems and shared patterns. o Ensure that your design work aligns with accessibility and localization requirements. 6-8 years of professional experience in UX/product design. Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise design work and problem-solving skills. Experience working with or contributing to a design system. Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with front-end concepts is a plus. Strong communicator who can clearly explain design choices to different audiences. Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related discipline.
