Working closely with UNICEF programme sections, government counterparts, academic institutions, research partners and development stakeholders, the consultant will support the integration of behavioural insights, social listening and community intelligence into UNICEF programming.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Social and Behavior Change, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or another closely related field

• English

• Experience working and social behavioral change strategies, approaches, communications and interventions.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating or supporting formative research, behavioral assessments, social norms studies, qualitative research, or other evidence generation processes.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in developing key messages, communication materials and awareness-raising campaigns.
• Strong experience in social and community listening and behavioral science.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder consultations, workshops and training sessions, as well as facilitating focus group discussion and coordination meetings.
• Proficiency in designing and utilizing various communication channels, such as social media, multimedia and community outreach methods
• In-depth understanding of child rights, gender equality and participation principles, gender-based violence, particularly in the context of schools and education
• Proven ability and experience in developing work plans and budgets
• Experience with UNICEF or other UN agencies is an asset.
• Experience in Humanitarian development program, GBV, Wash and immunization
