Custodian

Unicity maintains corporate offices in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, and a significant global presence. This position is based in Las Vegas, NV. The starting pay for this position is $18/hour.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• →Perform comprehensive cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all interior spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and scrubbing furniture, floors, and surfaces.
• →Conduct deep cleaning and maintenance of carpets and rugs using specialized equipment.
• →Manage waste disposal, including collecting and removing trash and recycling from all office areas, restrooms, and common spaces, and replacing liners.
• →Maintain inventory, order, and restock all cleaning, restroom, and break room supplies.
• →Clean interior windows and glass surfaces.
• →Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment, such as commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• →Implement safety procedures, including securing areas with spills or debris until proper cleanup is completed.
• →Provide logistical support for company events, including the setup and breakdown of furniture, tables, and equipment.
