Responsibilities

→Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion
→Review subcontractor contracts, drawings, and project specifications
→Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance to ensure quality outcomes
→Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
→Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site regulations
→Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
→Maintain site organisation, cleanliness, and documentation control
→Manage risk on-site and escalate issues appropriately
→Deliver quality assurance and complete snagging/punch lists
→Support project close-out and handover processes

Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within commercial office fit-outs
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and building standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects successfully
Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
