We are seeking a Spok System Engineer to join our team and support our client. The ideal candidate is a dependable and detail-oriented systems engineer with experience supporting Apple-centered enterprise environments and critical communications technologies. This individual enjoys working in technically demanding settings, collaborating across teams, and helping maintain secure, reliable system performance.

• →Support engineering and operational activities related to the Spok Suite and associated enterprise support environments.
• →Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, integration, and performance optimization for supported platforms.
• →Coordinate with technical teams to support secure, reliable service delivery and continuity of operations.
• →Contribute to documentation, technical standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.
• →Support lifecycle, provisioning, and configuration activities tied to enterprise endpoint and communications technologies.

• Strong experience supporting enterprise systems engineering, endpoint technologies, or Apple-centered support platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, support integrations, and maintain stable system performance.
• Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments with defined standards and support processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred field of study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study.
• MBA/Master's Degree in a relevant field of study preferred.

• Desired certifications may include Apple, mobile device management, endpoint support, or systems engineering certifications relevant to the role.

• Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to present proposals and performance data, comfortable interfacing all levels of organization.
• Ability to write clear and concise creative content in a highly confidential manner.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Mainly a routine office environment.
• May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds
• Flexible in working extended hours
