Royal International Construction is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project HSE Manager to lead all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental management across our ongoing civil and infrastructure projects. The role requires a strategic professional with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for promoting a proactive safety culture throughout all project stages.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, systems, and procedures in alignment with company and project requirements.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented.

Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all staff and subcontractors.

Lead site inspections and support project teams in maintaining a safe working environment.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities on all HSE matters.
→
Promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring that HSE objectives are integrated into all project operations.

Additional recognized HSE certifications will be considered an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems and procedures.
Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant safety legislation.
Skilled in risk assessment methods (HAZOP, JSA) and incident investigation techniques.

Leadership: Ability to inspire and drive a positive safety culture across project teams.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to develop effective HSE plans and solutions.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
