United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company offering a comprehensive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. We cater to a diverse range of clients, from single-family home developments to commercial buildings and shopping centers. 

We are currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our lawn and ornamental treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and directing resources to provide quality, cost-effective services to our clients, and will also support our Account Managers. CPCO required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate regularly with the Account Manager to understand client needs, expectations, and project goals.
  • Ensure job site quality, safety, and appearance consistently meet CPCO and client standards.
  • Identify insect, disease, or environmental issues affecting landscape health and recommend corrective actions.
  • Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service and preparing specific action plans.
  • Support crews through hands-on work when needed to meet quality and scheduling demands.
  • Enforce CPCO safety protocols, equipment upkeep standards, storage procedures, and all operational policies.
  • Performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands when necessary.
  • Monitor safety performance and maintain focus on continuous improvement in safety culture.
  • Ordering materials as needed and monitoring costs and deliveries.

Requirements

  • Active CPCO license in the state of Florida
  • Solid knowledge of equipment, tools, and machinery needed for spraying applications.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Computer skills.
  • Safety leadership skills.
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of five years of progressive landscaping industry-related experience, including at least two years of leadership experience.
  • Current state driver’s license. (You will be given a Company truck and cell phone)
  • Bi-lingual communication (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Paid weekly on Fridays!
