Field Supervisor

 This position supervises independent technicians in the field ensuring that all jobs are done safely and efficiently.

-Oversee and manage on-site operations for daily job assignments.

-Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.

- Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) at the start of every project.

-Perform regular inspections of company vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.

-Capture and document job progress through photographs taken before, during, and after completion.

-Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.

-Coordinate weekly safety meetings.

- Provides hands-on support to team members with job-related tasks as needed.

- Utilize a company provided laptop and/or tablet to document services performed and identify any issues.

-Work directly with customers to resolve problems in a professional manner.

-Prior supervisory experience preferred.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 products a plus.

- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, safety conscious, and independent.
