The Division of Athletics is hiring a part-time Director of Operations for the Women's Volleyball Varsity Program.
This position will manage daily volleyball operations, including team travel coordination. Additional responsibilities include assisting with a video editing system and providing practice and game day management support.
What We Offer
~1 min read- Coordinate team travel for away competitions including meals, itineraries, and other team needs.
- Assist with practice and game day management support for home and away events.
- Reconcile team travel expenses via the Concur System.
- Potentially assist with video editing of practice and game day footage as needed.
- Report Directly to Head Women’s Volleyball Coach on program’s day to day scheduling
- Help coordinate and manage team equipment.
- Strong organizational skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree
Will vary depending on the Volleyball Season. More hours in the fall and fewer hours in the off season. This position is limited to 1000 hours in a calendar year.

The hourly range for this position is $19.29 - $25.00
